About Luminelle Atelier.
We are an online store based in Hemet, California, offering made-to-order dresses, accessories and selected home pieces. Our focus is a coordinated, quiet-luxury collection. Printify connects our orders with the production providers that make and ship the products; we do not manufacture them at our business address.
Our supplier network
Printify is our fulfillment platform, not a fabric mill. Individual print providers in its network produce our items using the product and variant selected at checkout. The provider and manufacturing location can vary by item.
We do not currently have a verified public list of those providers or their fabric mills. Our California business address is not a claim that every garment is manufactured in California or the United States.
Fabrics, without assumptions
Materials differ across the collection. Current product descriptions include stretch fabrics for dresses, poly-chiffon for a scarf, and cotton canvas for some totes. A “silk-feel” name describes feel, not verified silk content. We do not describe the entire range as linen or natural fibers.
Exact fiber percentages, mill names and raw-fabric country of origin are not yet documented across our catalog. We do not claim organic fabric, sustainable sourcing or certifications without evidence. Contact us before ordering if a particular composition is essential to you.
How your order is made
After payment, we send the selected product, size and design to Printify. The assigned provider produces the item and dispatches it. Shipment and tracking updates are reflected in your order when supplied. Products from different providers may arrive separately.
Our current production estimate is 2–5 business days, followed by an estimated 5–7 business days for standard US transit. These are store estimates, not guaranteed supplier dates. Production and shipping can vary by provider and demand. Real supplier mockups are the main product photos; any additional AI styling scenes are labeled and are not photographs of a shipped item.
Open 24/7, including holidays. Store hours do not mean round-the-clock production or dispatch.
